Ok boys and girls, working from last year's date's this year's calender should look like the following. Don't take it for gospel though as all dates are TBC unless already stated.

2nd September - Uckfield
9th September - Crowborough - CONFIRMED
16th September - Mayfield
23rd September - ???
30th September - Burgess Hill - CONFIRMED
7th October - Rotherfield - CONFIRMED
14th October - Fletching - CONFIRMED/Hastings - CONFIRMED
21st October - Hailsham - CONFIRMED/Nevill
28th October - Newick- CONFIRMED/Staplecross - CONFIRMED/Littlehampton-CONFIRMED
4th November - Lindfield-CONFIRMED/Lewes-CONFIRMED/Battle-CONFIRMED
11th November - East Hoathly/Rye/Chailey
18th November - Barcombe/Robertsbridge

Hastings moved their celebrations forward by a week as they are then on the anniversary of the Battle of Hastings. Let's hope Fletching move to the 7th October so that we don't have a blank weekend.

Confused Burgess Hill will be running on the last Saturday in Sept, ie the 30th Sept 2006, and Rotherfield is the 1st Sat in Oct, ie the 7th Oct. Have had clarification from Rotherfields Chairman that our dates will not clash.

BHBS can't run on 23/09/06 as our pyro team are going to be away firing in huge competition Shocked Shocked

Blank weekend in Sept normally happens every 4-5 years depending on how many Saturdays are in the month.

BHBS have always run on the last Sat in Sept..... Idea Idea Big Beer Fest may be in order for the spare Sat Question Question Wink Wink

Well the 4th is the confirmed date for Lindfiled, if we get enough money to run that is. Need to get a few private firework displays in me thinks to make a few pounds.
