Could be worse, we could all live down in the West Country.

actually we got it in the house and our river was over 12ft high, a dam burst its banks and we got the lot, but yes it could have been worse, my best friend lives right in the middle of that lot. all her business is now ruined and she may have lost her house.
its very sad.
