Kim Lucas 1957 -2008As many of you probably already know that my father Kim passed away in the early hours of the 'Fifth'. Being a bonfire boy he couldn't of chosen a better day to go.
On behalf of myself, my brother Phil & my mother Sue I would like to thank you all greatly for all your kind wishes and condonlances at this very diffecult time. A special mention to firecracker who has been a complete rock for me over the last few days.

I didn't know Kim for very long but he was such a fantastic man, happy to help anyone out if he could. He made me feel so welcome, as if I was one of the family. One of the first things he said to me was that I was not to take any rubbish from Darren or Phil, if they were being cheeky I had his permission to hit them, which I do remind them of

although we never met Kim, he came over as a really nice guy on the TV,
the thoughts of the Littlehampton Four are with you and your family.

Once again thank you all for your kind words. It means alot to me, Phil & mum. I don't know where we would be without all of the support of our bonfire friends.
When we have funeral details sorted somebody will post them. The family would like to have as many of you as possible there on the day in bonfire costume & banners.
