I'll be the one man band from Lindfield once I've done their display & rushed down the road into Lewes. Just make sure you're running behind time again this year please.

Aye its fair to say i'm pretty knackered by the end of it. I'm busy all day on the fourth doing the last minute things, then up early & late to bed on the fifth, then up early again on the sixth.
Though Its that way for several people.

What a night, the best for years,
no probs wiv the old bill, public were happy and not in the way and mrs V got here photo wiv nasty nick cotton what more could you want we all enjoyed it well done Waterloo.

Great night, the time absolutely flew by. I'm glad the rain only lasted half an hour or so too.
I was a bit disappointed with Waterloos aerials but that may have been because Commercials were absolutely spectacular and went on for ages.
I got told off by a Waterloo marshall for letting off a device or two 
She told me with no hint of irony that Waterloo were only letting off chinese firecrackers and not rookies
We made up at the lamb though with me bribing her with chips

Made it into Lewes for Waterloo's display. Great thing about Waterloo's firesite is that you can watch everyone elses display at the same time.
Well done to Waterloo for a good night.

It was a good night.
The only minor problem with the Police was when we got stopped on the United Grand and they would not let us cut across by the library to avoid the hold up. Then when we got down to Boots they could not clear the road and there were 2 police vans blocking our route.
The crowds were good (except the banger in the collection box) this year, even that walk back from the fire site was OK.
I'm not sure about the new location for Bonfire Prayers though.
I'm happy to say that I was on the Effigy team. Poor old Guy just had his boots left and the tower was blown up fairly well too. I also had a part in the tab too which looked excelent (IMHO).
Glad everyone enjoyed it. Same time next year?
