Oredered the fireworks. Thats about it lol. Still got torches to make though. But plenty of time yet. Thats if we can get anybody to come down the farm and do the work.

Could any visiting societies that wish to come please let me know roighly how many you will be bringing as I've got a feeling we're going to have to make a few more torches due to our TV apperance.

7.30 - The Torchlight Procession
Form Up : Pondcroft Road
Black Hill
The Witch
Hickmans Lane
Hight Street
& onto the Common

8.00 - Lighting of the Bonfire & Bonfire Prayer

8.15 - The GRAND Fireword Display will begin.

The roads in & out of the village will be closed from 7pm until 9.30pm at Police discression

Firecrackers cakes well well recieved at torch dipping today. All torches are dipped, shells & candles all fused up. Trailer's loaded already to roll tomorrow morning. Lets hope tye weather stays fine.

Well what can I say?. It was avery hard long day yesterday. But as they say the show must go on & it did. Thank you to everyone that turned up to make it such a good show. Was the hardest firework display I ever had to do making sure it was perfect for dad.

I got to see a video of it at 1.30am this morning and it looked good!

£3,324 collected for charity last night on our night.

I've never seen so much Newcastle Brown drunk in one night towards the memory of dad. Even one of our members who gave up drinking years ago sunk a fair vodkas in dad's memory.

Fantastic night and all went very well.

Final charity collection was £4,000. So that was a fantastic amout for a midweek bonfire.
