STRIPES

I am considering re-joining one of the bonfire society's - are the stripes easy to get hold of??  Thanks Smile
bonfirebelle

It depends on the society, some are easier to get hold of than others, its best to talk to some members of that particular society and see where they get/got theirs from. x
bonfirebelle

I think you'll find they are Jersey stripes which run diagonally rather than vertically, type it into Google image search and have a peek. I only know coz I had the same discussion and was proved wrong!!!  Embarassed

Technically speaking they are hoops, but hey for as long as I can remember everybody has called them stripes, so long live the stripes I say!  Very Happy

Like admin said, yes they are hoops, but hardly anybody calls them hoops. Everybody tends to call them stripes. So bringing up toothpaste makes no sense and completely pointless.
Firecracker

Maybe V is planning on wearing toothpaste this season Exclamation  Laughing

STRIPES SUPPLIERS

Help!!!  I am desperatly looking for a supplier of Burgess Hill Stripes (hoops, whatever you call them!!).  I am looking for a green/black rugby shirt.   I know that this is not the 'traditional' costume but I need it just to see me out for the rest of this season!!   Does anyone know any suppliers or anywhere online where you can get these??  Thanks Smile
