got woken up at 6 this morning with my sister turning on my light and screaming its snowing so yeah it is very white out side

Dragged my butt out of bed this morning at 5.30 to find about 3 inches of the lovely white stuff covering the ground here in Haywards Heath. Which is pretty unusual as it always seems to miss us.

Wasn't much fun clearing the cars of snow either. My poor hands. Rolling Eyes

I decided that it was a bit too slippery to ride the bike in today so I decided to catch the bus.

I was there at 7:25 for the 7:30 bus from Brighton.

The 7:30 bus decided not to go up the hill as it was slippery so missed me by going straight back to the bypass.

The 8:00 was stuck in Tunbridge Wells and did not get to Uckfield.

The 8:30 eventually turned up at 9:15 and I got to work over 90 mins late (and over 3 hours after I left the house).

Think I'll take some work home to 'work from home'* in case it snows again tonight.

* = code for build a snowman but pretending I'm working so I don't lose a day holiday

Funny enough I left the bike at home today and got Phil to take me into work. Laughing

Not much fun trying to ride a motorbike in the snow, even less fun when you fall off it. Rolling Eyes
